Limoncielo di Wollombi is made to an authentic old Italian family limoncello recipe with the skins of certified organic lemons fermented in pure food grade alcohol plus a secret ingredient (also organic). 
         Ideas for use: 
   Drink chilled in 'frozen' 30ml shot glasses. 
   Pour over crushed ice. 
   Pour over crushed ice and make into a long drink with soda water or lemonade. 
   Use as a topping on gelato or ice cream. 
   Have with crepes or pancakes, instead of lemon & sugar (but remember it is alcoholic!)
     

 Limoncielo di Wollombi alla Crema: Hand made to a traditional authentic old Italian family limoncello recipe with juicy lemons that have been grown without chemical application. Contains dairy products. Chill before serving.    
         Ideas for use: 
   Drink chilled in 'frozen' 30ml shot glasses. 
   Use as a topping on gelato or ice cream. 
   Use on cakes and fruit.

Amaroe: A bitter sweet orange & lemon digestive liqueur. Good for you, but yummy enough to drink for its taste. Made to an old fashioned Italian family recipe, using organic citrus, as well as cloves & cinnamon.  To be drank in a chilled 30ml shot glass at the end of meals or before bed, to help digestion.


Caffe Latte di Wollombi: 18% alcohol milk coffee liqueur. Made from Arabica coffee beans grown in Australia. Contains dairy products.
Espresso Caffe di Wollombi: 18% alcohol coffee liqueur. Made from arabica coffee beans grown in tropical QLD Australia. Drink on its own or add to coffee.

 Dolzetto Bianco di Wollombi is a fortified wine from sweetened chardonnay, in the style of desert wines from the northern Italian region near Trieste.
Dolzetto Rosso di Wollombi is a fortified wine from sweetened Shiraz, in the style of desert wines from the northern Italian region near Trieste, being oaked, it is totally different in flavour to the Bianco. 
         Ideas for use: 
   Drink chilled, as is, from a 30ml 'shot'glass. 
   Steep, with either fresh fruit or tinned fruit (e.g. fruit salad). 
   Steep fresh strawberries & finish with a little fresh cream. 
   Pour the Bianco over sponge or other shortbread type biscuits (in individual bowls) add some fresh cream, sprinkle some cocoa or drinking chocolate & serve. 
   Add to fruit tarts. 
   Use in trifles.
   

 Chocolatte di Wollombi: a velvety, smooth, sweet, chocolate flavoured liqueur.                         Drink on it's own, pour over icecream, add to milk, etc.

Liquore di Chilieggo di Wollombi: Sweet, rich cherry liqueur.

Fenochietto di Wollombi: A delicious digestive liqueur made from wild fennel. Spicy aniseed flavour. To be drank in a chilled 30ml shot glass at the end of meals or before bed, to help digestion.

Macerata di Frutta al Liquore di Wollombi: - NOT just a liqueur, more a feast! Contains cherries, apples, apricots, prunes, peaches & pears in strawberry liqueur. Try with icecream for a special desert - yummie!
